| Re: DaSilva's First Car Fully agrees with carwimmer, no need to tune it up. Really. Save money, turbo and transmission, and don't do that. The Brabus has different intercooler and other modifications, not only electronic, to keep it reliable! And everybody said the additionnal power was not really needed... This car is about feeling, not power. The pleasure come from the incredible noise, the very low driving position (like a karting, you always think "god am I fast" and then you see the video and you were reaally slow...), from the feeling of the road by the steering (if not power steering much better) and suspensions, the steering-paddles of Schumi (a bit slower maybe), the total absence of body-rolling.... More power is not really necessary, the turbo is already rather brutal! Tip: at standstill, accelerating is more brutal if you press the kick-down button, the gearbox lets the motor revving higher before it brutally gears in first gear! Funny... ![]() |

| Re: DaSilva's First Car Owwww this video reminds me how I LOVED that car.... Mine was a black Roadster-coupe with grey Tridion structure, black interior, it had the 3 double-spokes 16' wheels, the steering pad and the two little T°/turbo meters; and that's all!!! Don't need more! Too bad I had to sell it because I needed more space... ![]() |
