Or go with the ones below... Just your quick 2 cents would be appreciated.

The factory wheels on my car are the ones posted and are already on my car. These are newer factory wheels. Im not replacing my factory wheels with different factory wheels. I will go aftermarket or leave the factory wheels i have on my car currently, which again, are the ones posted in the first pic.

Therefore the poll is set for those two choices. Thanks anyway.

Re: Rims For My Aston Martin DB9

Factory. Everybody goes out and gets these 3 piece forged alloy rims, and 9 times out of 10, they look horrible. Astons are classy cars, in my option, and look horrible with a lip like that. Stick with what Aston gave you.

Those 'DCR' alloys look great. Having said that, I'd still stay with the original.

Re: Rims For My Aston Martin DB9

Like Bruce my advice is to keep the original. The other ones are too ricey for an Aston.

Re: Rims For My Aston Martin DB9

Alex, I think aftermarket 'rims' are acceptable when the car is a mass produced car like Hondas, Toyotas, Fords and Chevys..... it makes them stand out looking like they belong in 'the fast and the furious'... you know them, all flash, no dash ... but not on these masterpieces! I think it has the complete opposite effect on these cars, it actually lowers its class considerably by 'bastardizing' them with aftermarket 'anything'.
Masterpieces like Rolls, Bentleys, Maseratis, Aston Martins, Ferraris, Lambos or the high end models from Mercedes, BMWs, Porsches, and Audis always look fabulous straight from their factories; the way their original owners intended them to be from the (very limited but tasteful) pool of available options. Changing the beautifully crafted wheels on any of these cars is a SACRILEGE! If you still want to spend your $$$ in new wheels, please consider the ones offered by AM only!
BTW, your car is already spectacular the way it is!

Re: Rims For My Aston Martin DB9

factory.. or new factory.. ( allthough that is not an option as you stated)
im not fond of aftermarket wheels
i will ONLY do factory.. or respected tuner wheels..
like for MB i could concider.. brabus, carlsson and so on..

so if you want to go aftermarket then go Mansory... ( the only AM tuner i know)
they will cost you like hell probably.. but hey you have an Aston Martin
