And yeah, the CL does have similar design aspects. The hood, front / rear fender flares. I don't think MB copied Mazda though. In fact, I find this whole "____ copied ____" stuff pretty childish for the most part.

Well, I am aware that copying is prevalent in the auto business, but I wouldn't make a big deal about it in most cases. If the design cues hint and remind, it's ok. If the design from manufacturer A is an outright copy of manufacturer B, then I think I might get excited.
