My Trip to Paris: The Cars

So i was in Paris last week on vacation with my wife and took a few car pictures for you guys. Most (except the R32 & GT3) were taken on the Champs-Élysées avenue, so here goes.

Re: My Trip to Paris: The Cars

And finally a car that I was totally surprised to see on the road… sorry for the quality but I was atop a moving double-decker tour bus when I saw it and had to use full digital zoom which isn’t great.

That same evening, I saw it (I assume the same one) parked in front of the Hôtel de Crillion but had no fresh batteries to take photos

It really is... to give you an idea, I only took some pics since I was there on vacation and my wife was getting annoyed. There were also many cars I missed in pictures (notably a couple of Maybachs & Murcielagos) and many would-be duplicates (I think we saw at least 5 Gallardos and good few Maseratis).

And to think those pics @ the Champs-Élysées were taken only on 2 occasions... and we were there maybe one whole hour combined. I imagine if we stayed longer we'd see a sh** load more cars.

We both enjoyed it alot... we're both fans of architecture and art so we had a blast. We've both been there before but only for a few days, this time we had 8 days to fully enjoy the city.

The avenue was loaded with limo-taxis... 90% of them were brand new S-Classes, the rest were mostly E-Classes, a few of 7er & some W220 (sadly no A8s).

Without exageratting, there were about a hundred of them at one time parked on both banks of the Champs-Élysées and driving by on the avenue.

I don't remember seeing any AMG version so I think it was an S600... most of the massive S-class fleet were S320 CDIs though.

Re: My Trip to Paris: The Cars

Champs elysée is the best parisian place to see the great cars but i saw more of them in cote d'azure, specialy in Saint-tropez, but the real place that i advise you to vist even if it's not in france is Monaco.
