Worst estate ever?

You'll know that I'm a thing for spectacular homes. And in my world the biggest is not equal to better. During the 60s an oil tycoon had the gigantic estate pictured below built. I have seen some amazing homes of great magnitude but this one is plain horrid.

It looks like a paradise Google headquater or an outdated 1970s Hilton hotel. At the moment it's for sales at 20 million dollar and I think it a waste. The only type of person I could see buying the house is a some 27 years old porn tycoon. Never in a million years would I want to buy this house. The size it too big, the design of the house is terrible, and there isn't enough space and privacy for be to be able to do cartwheels naked.

So my question to you is, if you were a billionaire what would you do with it:

Luw, some parts of that house aren't too bad. But I would rebuild this house. Personally, I'm not a fan of huge estates.

its really not to bad..but its to large..
so i would demolish..make 2 new..and sell em..
buy a zonda.. and get on with life

i find this odd and distasteful for such an expensive house:

i can understand that they would want a big washroom for large parties, but why does it have to look like one from a crappy restaurant?

Looks more like a YMCA than a house. Big on size, hardly any style. Definitely demolish it and build yourself a smaller home. You have enough space to build a decent sized home and a go-kart track around it.

No. Not even close.

-This one takes the cake as the worst Estate ever (below).

*It's got barn doors in the back, which makes it pathetically ugly and possibly very unreliable, not to mention it completely misses the whole point of an Estate... Estate car.*

Yupp. The wash room is pretty bad, it makes the house look like an oversized frat house. The house also has a ballroom, music studio and an ice rink.

Since I don't see a bright future for this house I would end it's misery by demolishing it and build two kick ass houses on the land.
