Turkish A330, Ferrari F430, and Maybach

Found this on Airliners.net and thought I would share. Which one of the three would you rather have?

Re: Turkish A330, Ferrari F430, and Maybach

I would like an A330 ...but I just couldn't afford the fuel bills and maintenance costs ....I really would like a Maybach 62 ..but I doubt I would use it very much at all ..so, although I really would rather have a 599 GTB, the F430 is a mighty fine car ..without doubt, one of the best ..so it's the Ferrari for me.

I guess you could technically sell the plane, but that option shouldn't be spoken about, because I think everyone would opt to get the plane, then sell it and live like a millionaire for a long time. Those planes range in the 200-300 million dollar range.

I think it would be funny, though, to answer: Hmmm. I don't know which would I would want because the maintenance on all of those would come out to the same! lol! Ok...not funny..I know...just gave it a try though.

The A330 would probably be my choice becuase I love aviation. However, we have to walk away from reality in this thread and not attempt to talk about fuel prices and/or maintenance costs, because in reality most of us would hve the plane stationed somewhere and would probably have a lean on it within 3 months because we would not be able to afford the stationary costs that the airport would charge for such an aircraft.

However, pretending that this plane was maintenance free, and it would cost about the same to fuel the Ferrari and the Maybach, I would definitely take it over the two. Now, take into consideration that I am fantacizing here and not being realistic.

I could take the Airbus and start my own airliner (Four Rings Air for example lol) but with the current fuel prices i would probably bunkrupt and end up in prison so i will take the F430.

I would convert the A330 into a hybrid so it "could" do 55 mpg and sell it to Cameron Diaz and then live la vida loca

LMAO! That is funny that you say that. I wonder where you would get the 4 rings from?

Actually that would make the plane less fuel efficient. Aircrafts, for the miles they can fly, are very fuel efficient. The problem is that they have to take thousands of pounds of fuel.
