174mph in a 2005 C6 automatic Corvette, still was climbing at a good rate but ran out of room. Surprizingly quiet for that speed. Second fastest was 158mph in my chipped 1992 Mercedes 500E.

this is crazy! i don't mean the speed. Everyone car reach 250 in a proper car, but definitely i would NEVER never take my hands off the steering wheel and start taking pictures of the speedometre. I really hope that it was not you that took the pic!

of course it was me....I am kind of cool guy, dont get excited much about the speed when road is empty, hehe.....btw its traight higway road which I drove over million times.......

As far as i am conserned i have reached 250 many times in the highway, where i have lived half of my life, but never thought of taking a pic while driving nor let anyone take a pic.

basicaly 250 in benz is like 100 in other cars....hehe.....its just that I drive max speed during whole highway and never had any "situations" on the road, its not heavy traffic and its straight... so it was't problem to took few shots with my cell phone.....
