Nope, it was Mercedes-Benz that pioneered the scientific application to ergonomics. Mercedes-Benz is the Master of ergonomic design. Thay have been improving this science since day 1. Thay might not have invented the wheel but thay invented the automobile. Read this article, Mercedes-Benz has "The worlds only test units for interior concepts". This is scienctific research to the core that neither BMW or Audi can claim. - ONLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED USERS CAN SEE ALL LINKS - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER ![]()

The mass might be the same (this is where the confusion comes into play) but the design is quit different.

| Re: Kings Battle - S-class, LS, 7-series, A8 and XJ What's wrong with the retractable screen on the A8? I know it's just another extra part that could break, but it's kind of nice to have the screen there when you need it and gone when you don't (since it looks better gone than there if you're not using it). |

I might have said this before, but if not I will be happy to say it again...The 7 series has an AMAZING interior. While at the DC Auto show I got to sit in the 760IL and I was blown away. I really couldn't compare it to the S-class thanks to them locking the doors ( which pissed me off). Been two weeks and I'm still upset. Even the A8 didn't hold a candle to the 7 series (but then again I haven't seen the A8 W12). "Uneducated eye"? Not in this case!

Oh man, the Jaguar is something to behold in person. I got to sit in that and it was a "Baby Maybach" and the wood was unmatchable.

| Re: Kings Battle - S-class, LS, 7-series, A8 and XJ Ever since my old friend's parents got an XJ8 instead of so many other cars they could have chosen I have habitually ragged on it. I'm sorry but there are a few to many parts lifted from Ford and they use way to much plastic. THe inside is hokey and goofy with absolutely no design direction and to top it all off they use some stupid ass logo. Here is a pic. - ONLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED USERS CAN SEE ALL LINKS - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER |
