| Re: Kings Battle - S-class, LS, 7-series, A8 and XJ I finally saw the new S-class in the metal last week and I must say it's look great! A huge improvement IMO, where I found the last gen to be classy but boring, this one is classy, sporty, bad-ass and definetly not boring. That said, the A8 still kicks its ass in my books. |

lOl, I don`t think those wheel-arches will be found in the next generation S-Class, not that I have a problem with them but it`s like thay should be treated in a special mannor, the AMG sport kit is a must, so are 18in wheels. This brings out the character of those arches.

| Re: Kings Battle - S-class, LS, 7-series, A8 and XJ ^^No Audi has the weakest steering wheel. I rather (this isnt biased) think the 7's interior is rather dashing compared to the rest. Prabably the best looking. I dont like the wood on Lexus' wheel nor do I like the lock switch on the panel (looks like that came directly from Toyota) |

| Re: Kings Battle - S-class, LS, 7-series, A8 and XJ Ha, I can't believe I didn't notice this before, but BMW ripped off MBs W123 steering wheel big time! |

But of course, there is no contest when it comes to exterior design between the three for me.

| Re: Kings Battle - S-class, LS, 7-series, A8 and XJ I actually think the Benz has the best interior for a number of reasons and those arn`t just aesthetic as some have pointed out here. The interior of the Benz comes from a scientific study the others lack, It`s less botton happy than any other interior pictured here, it`s lines sweep across giving it a relaxed feel compared to the office busy interior of the 7er. My standings: 1. Mercedes-Benz S-Class. Best interior from a scientific standpoint. Relaxed feel, which is a must, understated and elegant, the best engineered. 2. Audi A8 Almost as understated as the Benz but undercuts that excutive appeal that MB is well known for, is poslished but lacks ultra refinement. Is well designed except for the pop-up screen. 3. BMW 7-Series Has potential but is too busy for a number of different reasons, over use of wood that doesn`t look refined in design. Too many bottons and cheap dials for a dash that represents I-Drive interface. This gives it a sophisticated look to an uneducated eye. Overly engineered, This dash needs improvement. 4. Lexus LS460 Outdated design, many parts could fit in a lower Toyota model, needs improvement in a number of different areas. This car is too expensive for the cheep looking interior. Steering wheel is nice though. |
