Rolls-Royce Phantom Gaines-Wood A British company called P&A Wood is offering this version of the Phantom with a modified front. They call it the Phantom Gaines-Wood. What do you think of it? ![]() ![]() ![]() I think I quite like it. I noticed the mascot is larger than the standard one too.

Re: Rolls-Royce Phantom Gaines-Wood Personally I think it looks awful compared to the normal version! Just imagine if Bentley and RR stayed together, this is what the Bentley version may have looked like!

Re: Rolls-Royce Phantom Gaines-Wood This looks like a step back - in the 20th century. A Phantom for the people who stuck in 20th century. ![]() ![]() I'm definitely a 21th century guy. So , I prefer the original Phantom. But I prefer the new Seraph even more. Will be presented as 102EX in the next months (Frankfurt 2007, Detroit 2008 or Geneva 2008). ![]()

Re: Rolls-Royce Phantom Gaines-Wood ![]() ![]() I don't mind the modified version. It is less aggressive than the standard version. I wasn't sure about the front of the Phantom when it was first launched but I have grown to like it over time.

Re: Rolls-Royce Phantom Gaines-Wood under those two round lights on each side is that a LED strip I see or is it just chrome? I dont like this mod, i personally the front on the original is one of the best parts of the car.

Re: Rolls-Royce Phantom Gaines-Wood My biggest gripe with the Phantom has always been the front treatment... but I don't think this is the solution. ![]()

Re: Rolls-Royce Phantom Gaines-Wood yep i'm a score of years old but the general outline of the headlights of the VI is still 2 round headlights enclosed in an elliptical frame there is a major design difference (for me at least) between 2 distinct roundels, and 2 joined roundeles inside a frame, regardless or not a glass pane covers them ro not
