It was all go at Croft in the BTCC this weekend.

Team RAC's Colin Turkington won BMW's first race in the BTCC for 11 years, Seat's Darren Turner won his first BTCC race, and Fabrizio Giovanardi race-three win was enough to see the Italian Vauxhall driver move within two points of series leader Jason Plato.
Reigning champ Matt Neal had a difficult weekend in the new Honda Civic.
The car is picking up pace all the time, but after an encouraging third behind team-mate Gordon Sheddon in race one, the Civic's engine had a strop on the grid for race two and Neal was forced to start a lap down. A finish in 13th place was all Matt could squeeze from the Honda.
After Turkington's BMW won the first race, it was all about the Seats in race two. Turner led, but then let Plato through to allow him to score a point for leading the race. Plato then handed the lead back to give his team-mate his first BTCC race win.
Race three was all about the increasing pace of the new Vauxhall Vectra. Giovanardi won, taking his win tally to five, and now heads to Oulton Park snapping at Plato's heels.
