| Montoya received Audi offer for 2007 ![]() ''I don't want to think about Formula One any more'' Juan Pablo Montoya has revealed that he received an offer from Audi to continue his racing career in Europe in 2007. The German carmaker also runs a programme in the DTM series. It has been rumoured that Audi boss Dr Wolfgang Ullrich contacted Montoya, 31, about staying in Europe this year rather than racing NASCAR in America. But the Colombian is quoted by news agency sid as saying: "My manager did receive an official enquiry (from Audi) but I had already signed a contract with Chip Ganassi. " In the same press report, the Colombian said he has not retained contact with any of his former colleagues in Europe and doesn't even plan to watch F1 this year on television. Montoya, who won the Daytona 24-hours at the weekend, added: "I don't want to think about Formula One any more. That chapter is over."
