I've done my share of flying. Racked up close to a million miles in a few years some years ago at my then job. The answer is Airbus.

Let's stay with the aircrafts: Which aircraft engine:

Rolls Royce or GE?

(I flew so much that I even learnt to distinguish between the sounds of the engines and tell whether it was RR or GE)

I have to admit I don't know a lot about airplane engines, but I'm going to say GE - they seem to do everything well. In your experience which one is best?

Intel or AMD?

The GE engines sound safer on takeoff, the RRs sound like they struggle a bit when taking off. During cruising the RR is more quiet. I don't know which one is actually the better one.

My choice in your question: Intel (for no specific reason other than just trusting them more)

New Question: French or Italian food?

For me it's Boeing, especially the 744 and 773ER...although I really like the A346, especially Virgin Atlantic's long bird!!

as for RR or GE ? .. well, used to be RR until I saw the massive GE90-115B's on the 773ER!

As for which is best.. well, depends on wat you're measuring. Power, efficieny, weight, etc, etc...

Intel or AMD.. Intel, simply because it's more widely used.
