^^Ok...I didn't know what my weight is in KG, so I just used Google converter and My weight currently is 92.5kg and the most I've ever weighed is 98kg which was only a few months ago when I was EXTREMELY stressed out.

i'm currently 67 kgs. i'm takin this month off from the gym, starting fresh next year. target to increase my weight starting in Jan 2008 and put on muscles, 80 kg is my target. ( not realistic but ) by March 2008.

BTW...that 92kg is decieving...if only that was with 12% bodyfat...it's more like 25% body fat...LOL That is not good at all.

mmm, tell me bout it lol. the magic number is 15-16% bf. i know a chinese dude here just 8% bodyfat. thats madness, IMO.

Fortunately I was overweight after I had more or less finished school. Thus resulting in no real bullying.

It's strange, through my early years I was quite skinny, but as I got into my late teens the weight started to pile on. It all started when I first moved to Washington State in '01, and having to eat at Denny's (greasy fast food junk) for an entire month (while waiting to move into a house) started it all.
