they have the same crap here too. but it's not as bad as Singapore. over here, it's just 6 months, and it's not compulsory.

you get randomly picked up at 18 yrs old. i escaped, and so did my younger bro. now for my sis...

That happened to me.

I hated it first but then it changed. I got a chance a shoot with an automatic assault rifle, shoot with night vision goggles, fly in a helicopter, throw a grenade, shoot with bazooka (not with real ammo), ambush at forest, battle at night, etc.

At least it changed my perspective on action movies... How someone can shoot without magazines and nobody is able shoot a bazooka while standing.
