lebanon should be on the list!!! if u buy a car worthe 100 thow u should pay 50% of it for tax :S

Here in Saudi Arabia the tax is 0%.

i like that least taxed list..

all are either oil or tourism nations..

im abit surprised to see russia there though..( i know they got oil but still)

Most former communist countries have lower taxes. Russia tried a more 'western' taxation scheme but tax evasion was rampant. They lowered taxes to a more reasonable level and people decided that it wasn't worth it to try and avoid taxes so they started to pay.

There are a couple of countries that just have a VAT (although it runs at 19%+, I think).
