Angels. Do they exist?

This photo was taken in a church in London. Taken by a church member and when he came home he saw this figure on a photo he took.
No explanation has yet to be found.

Re: Angels. Do they exist?

There are countless of similar pictures were strange things appear on photographs, but at the end of the day they are all chops. The only angels I know exist are Hells Angelsand they are bad angels.

Re: Angels. Do they exist?

Chops, or just odd effects caused by light.
Which is what I reckon this is.

Frankly this sort of thing annoys me. People will choose to believe that a blobby white shape on a photo is an angel rather than a photographic aberration caused by a bright light source. Just because it happens to be inside a church.
Ignorance sucks.

Re: Angels. Do they exist?

Yes - the Bible says that a church is made up of people - the building is no more holy than a plank of wood.

So while it looks pretty and makes a nice story, along with all the countless other pictures of angels, ghosts etc, I think it's a load of tosh.

Re: Angels. Do they exist?

Speaking of weird things in photographs, here's something a Finnish road weather camera captured one early morning last April:

Here's the same stretch of road without the weird thing:

I have no idea what that thing could be, but according to the roadside speed display, it was speeding.

That is peculiar. It looks like some kind of kite ...strange .

I wondered if it could be lens flare ...but you said it was recorded to be speeding so it was obviously a physical object .
