Re: Nissan GT-R (Official pics & info)

I like the front of the concept more than the production version. They should have kept the carbon fibre trim below the headlights.

'bout bloody time! Tis looks fantastic to say the least.

The Japanese king is finally back; the true alternative to the fire-breathing supercars of Europe.

Re: Nissan GT-R (Official pics & info)

I admire this car for its potential performance, which is in the supercar category. I also admire this car for its relatively low price. But I really can't say I like its exterior styling. Maybe it will grow on me with time........

Re: Nissan GT-R (Official pics & info)

Much too "tuning" and "fast&furious" to me...
But the performance figures, track time, and price tag are really impressive!!!
It is as fast as the Turbo (wasn't it supposed to be faster?), but with what kind of power, 530hp I think? If it is with less power than the 911, than kudos to them!!

Anyway, for me the actual 911 Turbo is by far the less impressive of the line-up...And is about to receive a (invisible) face-lift and power-increase (thanks to direct injection mainly I think).

It shows how serious Porsche takes the GT-R threat!!

Re: Nissan GT-R (Official pics & info)

Serious performance, but a little of a let down in terms of looks... once the camo comes off, the front looks a little dull. (Hopefully it's just the angle of the picture)!

I still think they should have used the concept front to the letter!

Re: Nissan GT-R (Official pics & info)

The front is indeed a dissapointment simply to much blank space between the grill and head lights. Maybe it looks better in black or something.
