Another terrible copy

One question though, i noticed the Chinese also have a vehicle that looks near identical to a C-class, wouldn't it be possible for Mercedes to sue this company for copyright infractions? I suppose on how Mercedes has set things up.. but come on..that's so blatant it's obvious
