Maybach sighting

I was in San Diego last weekend and saw a 57 parked on the street near the Del Coronado hotel. Later I saw the same one driven by an elderly lady crossing the bridge to downtown SD. It was black and silver with curtains.

Wow, an elderly lady! Good for her, being able to handle a big car like that. Saw one in my area too about 12-18 months ago. Found out that the owner is a real estate developer (male - maybe 55-60) and owner of other expensive cars as well.

poor me... always see Porsche in HK, but never see a Maybach. In HK, Porsche/RR is mostly loved by the rich men. HK may have the highest density of Porsche in the world!

I hear that the pre-owned market is very good for buyers in HK. A friend sends me used car listings and they are typically low mileage and less expensive than in the U.S. I wish I had access to cars like that here.
