| Re: Supercars on a Budget i refuse to vote for the Corvette ever again. Go see the materials' and plastics' quality and you will realise that it is very crappy. Or just push the rear bumper a bit. Very dissapointing! (i have done these things on a C6) On the other hand, the GT3, oh the GT3. That's the car they must be driving in heaven ![]() |

I'm really longing for the day I get to drive a GT3, that is something I have to do before I die.

| Re: Supercars on a Budget Z06 , no comparison about it (yeah I know about the interior). The GT3 is too compromised. Unless Porsche makes one hell of a GT2, the 911 is yesterdays sportcar. |

| Re: Supercars on a Budget The GT3 is not compromised. It offers the speed, thrill, excitement and involvement which is almost unmatched. Journalists, magazines and owners love it. It is probably one of the best sports cars money can buy today. The whole package also comes at a fair and respectable price. So far I have not even read any complaints about it. The GT3 is near perfection. It has been prasied the whole year and the GT3 it self is a very respected living icon. |

Sure the interior and bumpers(i guess) are cheap but the practicality and value in out of this world. Plus some people say the inteior is not that cheap but of course lacks when compared to german cars. (not as bad as Ultima GTR ok, not even close) For a guy from Romania nu stiu *** ai asa de multa pasiune pentru chevrolet in singe.

| Re: Supercars on a Budget I had a 2001 C5 Z06 for a year and a half and I have a 996 GT3 now. They are both great cars (speaking of the C6 and the 997), but everyone I know who has driven both always chose the GT3. It is not faster in a straight line and may be slightly slower around some tracks, but it is "the total package". Dynamically it is a much better car and more pleasurable to drive. The good thing is used ones will be had for not much money in a few years. I suggest getting one of each then for the price of a new one now! |
