Re: Mercedes-Benz CLK 63 VS Audi RS4

The Audi RS4 Cabrio might look nice from certain angles but the profile looks like a big hot tub. The CLK63 cabrio has way more sex appeal. The RS4 cabrio should have been in this thread to compare to the CLK63 Cabrio.

Re: Mercedes-Benz CLK 63 VS Audi RS4

This is like comparing apples and oranges, which is a bit bananas. Perhaps if you'd just made it between the convertibles it would have made more sense. As it is, I voted for RS4.

Re: Mercedes-Benz CLK 63 VS Audi RS4

Interesting: Votes are 12/12 as of right now but the comments weigh conspicuously for the RS4 for the most part. Well, I like the CLK and voted for it. I think the RS4 is awesome as well, but....I am not voting along party lines, I really like the CLK.

Re: Mercedes-Benz CLK 63 VS Audi RS4

Yo soy tie breaker!

Naturally I think the RS4 is a more complete car than the MB simply because it produces 100+ hp per litre (cant say the same thing for any N/A MB), has a rear biased quattro system, and is probably the best car Audi has ever put on the road! Cheers!

Re: Mercedes-Benz CLK 63 VS Audi RS4

Drove a C55 the other night - a close friend of mine has just bought one, so I'll be seeing a lot more of it - and it "only" has 510 Nm compared with the CLK's 630 odd... Damn, I'm not convinced that the chassis is up to dishing out all that torque because the ESP intervenes incessantly and I can only imagine what this new 6.2 litre V8 is going to be like.

Yup, I reckon it's the RS4 for me too, it'll be better at putting all that power to good use in my opinion.

Re: Mercedes-Benz CLK 63 VS Audi RS4

Once again CLK63 lost in a poll. I think MB fans created CLK63 polls too early.

Re: Mercedes-Benz CLK 63 VS Audi RS4

Wow this is a tough one. On the one had I've never liked the current CLK as much as the previous one, but since the FL and now this new engine have shifted the CLK to the right side of the list. Now comes the hottest Audi since the 2003 RS6. I would definitely take the RS4 Sedan over the CLK63 Coupe, but comparing the two Cabrios it is too hard to decide. They're both hot as hell. I need to see the CLK63 Cab in another color besides Silver, tired of Silver Mercedes-Benzes!!!

Yeah, even in my brother's old E55 (the N/A one, last body style), the yellow triangle was lighting up all the time. I've heard in the current one, the thing is flickering almost constantly. I can imagine it's not much different in the new coupe.
