Re: Scary in the rear-view mirror?

I myself really like the agressive front of the M5. But the RS4 has got the meanest front of all the Audis so far, IMO. It's like coming from behind, and if you don't move it will use that big grille to eat you of the road.

Re: Scary in the rear-view mirror?

I'm not complaining or anything but this thread is very similiar to the "Most agressive front in the Germans?" thread.

Ah well....I'd have to say that the M5 is a little bit scarier than the RS4.
That's not because the RS4 isn't scary, on the contrary but the M5 is more intimidating due to its size, the M5 is wider and taller. So it's more noticeable.
And the characteristic BMW angel eyes headlights all adds up to the scary feel factor.
A close battle though.

And concerning the bigfoot and the Ford F650, those cars are scary in you rear view mirror.
But they're are especially intimidating if your car is very small like a Smart or a Mini and more especially intimidating if you're driving a car that couldn't outrun it in any way.

Re: Scary in the rear-view mirror?

IMO, the Audi looks scarier. Cause when I saw 'm in Brussels Autoshow, it looked fantastic on the front. The M5 is more powerfull but it doesnt mean that its scarier from the front, still I would take the M5 of course...

Word. I actually saw one yesterday for the very first time ever and it almost made me crash in shock and disbelief.

M5 and RS4 make me drool, that's not scary.

Re: Scary in the rear-view mirror?

LOL, Raj.. Yeah, now that's scary.

I would probably move over for an M5 or RS4 if they were burning up behind me, but no more so than any other car, really. It might take a supercar like a Lambo or Ferrari, or a behemoth like a Phantom or Maybach to make me somewhat apprehensive. Usually it's just a reaction out of half-kindness to impatient drivers.

I hardly class any car as scary.
