Re: Road test: X5, Cayenne, Touareg and G-Class

Oddly enough, I find the G55 the most desirable vehicle in the test, even though it's also the most pointless (just). I have to say I find it odd they had the G and not the ML in the test but at least they liked 'em all.

Go drive the GL for a few hours and you never want to drive it again. So spartan and....old.

My only experience of a G-class was in one of these:

I wasn't driving, though...
It sure was spartan, but I don't think the interior of a G55 would be quite the same...

It is old. If you look at the beginning of the article it says April 2005. Motortrend usually takes months before they put their magazine content online. Where as Car and Driver puts their content online usually 2 to 3 weeks after the magazine appears.

Re: Road test: X5, Cayenne, Touareg and G-Class

I think it is obvious that the Porsche is best and most powerful
the car is so fast and luxurious, the others don't really stand a change!!
I got one myself and I can tell you people that it is one beast of a car!

Well maybe not as powerful but I think the Touareg has a better interior.
