yeah more or less i agree.. but then again it takes mb 6months to make them

Audi is with the 2006 S6 where BMW was with the 1998 M5.

Congrats to Audi for pulling that off

Edit;
one more thing: 550i does 0-100km/h in 5.5 secs on BMW.com. Not. 5.8 or so (that's 545i)

S6. The best part is that these guys take turns upping the ante on the others and we all benefit from that.

That's very true. BMW and Mercedes must fill this void. A 550i Turbo perhaps? That would work for me!

A 550i Turbo would get a lot of folks itching to do a trade on their old car.

. A 550 turbo might be overkill though. That would not be a rival of the S6 at all...

a little bit harsh....

Why are yo comparing it to the M5?? no matter what version....E39, E60,,,the S6 is no comparison to the M5.....
