Ιt's the second worse after the 316i (yup 3 series with 1.6 lt engine) that we have in the Greek market!

Other than that like i said all the cars are equally good for me.

Looks like the AUDI is shaping up to be a class best.

I agree .
318d is not real BMW..it just isn´t ..I see purpose behind this model and all that but IMO it doesnt deliver much of that sporty BMW´s approach to customer..Anyway,Audi has won this..so,respect ..If Audi cant beat stronger, more powerfull models, atleast Audi shown some grunt on entry level cars j/k!

Re: Autobild: Audi A4 B8 2.0TDI vs BMW 318d vs Mercedes C200CDI

Yeah but I read on a German thread that the quality of the Audi was not good when you look at it in details.

Audi uses a lot of hard-plastic and then spread a big layer of soft-lack on it, so that it feels smooth. But with the time the lack peels and fells at certain places, and a scratch also can be awful...

Even B6 or B7 suffer from that problem, see a lot with peeling soft lack...

Whereas in the Merc, the hard plastic stays hard, but the soft plastic is really a soft material.

May look a bit less good, but it will last.

I also saw a pic with someone having the grey plastic surrounding the GPS in the hand...not well mounted, not really solidly built...

For the Beemer I don't know.

(And Good God does the Audi looks old already...)

Mercedes should quick get rid of these old cdi, it is just stupid how outfashioned they now are!

I too have seen alot of this. My parents got a 2002 A4 and the interior is really nice but in some places, that has to endure alot of wear, there is quite a bit of the upper layer coming of - revealing the hard, dull plastic beneath.

Well, as we all know quality feel (Audi is really good at this) and quality (Audi is good here) are different things all together...
