| Re: Can't Decide on a New Car - Help me out Quote:
The operation we preformed was removing a very nasty and highly malignant Medulloblastoma. The tumor was very tricky and took quite along time to completely resect without damaging the surrounding tissue... It's a very hands on operation that requires an amazing amount of technology in the form of the operating microscope, our guidance systems and operating scanners to make sure we only remove tumor tissue and not one cell of normal brain. THis is a very damgerous part of the body to operate in and personally one of my favourites. I love the difficult, high pressure operations. My meeting at the dealership is at 11 so I had better go get ready.... ![]() | |

| Re: Can't Decide on a New Car - Help me out I prefered the interior a hell of alot more and it has a larger boot with the roof down which i need for work if I ever drive the car and I really liked the exterior styling in person... Its quite abit more expensive yes at around 2900 a month but now that I don't pay for my 530i as it is a complete company vehicle I have a little extra more cash to spend... Next yr I also get to see my own patients privately so I recieve consultation fees and surgery fees ontop of my normal salary so I will again have more money to spend... I know its a big jump from the 335i but when I saw the car at the dealership I loved it and I knew she would too... ![]() Pics and a review within the first week of it arriving ![]() |

| Re: Can't Decide on a New Car - Help me out wow that is a massive jump from a 335i. Personally I would have gone for a M3 but I guess it is not your or your wife's type of car. Congrats mate ! When is the car arriving to Australia? |

| Re: Can't Decide on a New Car - Help me out The M3 isn't a practical car for were we live... i drive in traffic from work so I want an auto and something very comfortable and she won't want a 309kW or a manual tranny... I would love one but it just dosnt suit my current situation... Maybe one day in the future I will get a M car... I'd like an M5 but 373kW on Australian roads is useless i think... And I need half decent mileage for the daily commute It's been a tough decision to make and I'm still not exactly 100% sure... I saw a Z4 today and it was nice but it's got old now and due for replacement aswell... I think I will go with the 6 series as it was extremely comfortable on the test drive and just out there enough to be my wifes shopping cart.... ![]() |

| Re: Can't Decide on a New Car - Help me out Have you decided on the colour combination and option list? I still think the 335i convert is good enough, but since you have resources why not get yourself something truly special. Go for the 650i, because besides the 7 series, nothing in the BMW range come close to the ownership experience. It takes time to fully appreciate a car, so whatever doubt you have now will definitely disappear within a few months. |

| Re: Can't Decide on a New Car - Help me out Are you going to give your 650i the individual treatement? You can download a pdf file of the list of 6-series individual options from their website. Some of the combination looks amazing. |
