The CL65 looks better than the Bentley, period. The Bentley has a better interior and more status, but that is about it.

I have to agree with you but I`ve seen the Bently IRL and it`s a really good looker! the design is quit pure and very old-world looking (The trick with the Bently is it has to be pimped with the right wheels to really set it off!).

I to would personally would go with the CL65 (I have to differ with you about the interior of these cars, the CL is my choice. The Bently interior looks like an old Ford Mustang compared to the modern elegance of the CL)

Lets not forget the reason the CL65 is more expensive is that it`s fitted with 3 to 4 times the luxury features the Bently has yet to even offer!

My only problem with the CL65 is the engine and tranny is really showing it`s age. The CL63 is way more flexible and lighter than the 65. I`ve read reports that the CL63 has better throttle responce than the CL65 (which suffers a small bit of turbo-lag)

I think you're diminishing the Bentley. As much as many members here hate the ContiGT they still admit that it has a more luxurious and exclusive interior.

That is my own personall opinion. I believe you can be "retro old-world"
without being outdated. To me the Bently seems outdated, very 1970s.


I mean standard equipment without having to option out! I know this is the S65 vs the Bently FS but the features of the CL is little to no different.

Sure, it's your opinion but I think comparing it to Mustang or 1970's cars is quite a bit exaggerating.


Well, yeah, CL might have more of those features as standard but I don't think it's 3 or 4 times as much. It's also good to keep in mind that the CL is more expensive than the Bentley.

lOl, check out the front seats and the switchgear. You might understand where I`m coming from. The seats look like thay came from Star-Trek.





Think about it and think hard. If you were the CL65 and your compeditor possessed 10 to 15 less key luxury features thats pretty oustanding!

I look at it this way. 5 more lux-features is 1 times the features of the competition. 2 is ten times the features. 3 is 15 more features than the competition has. This is the reason the CL65 is more expensive. Need I say more!

LOL Star Trek? I think they are modern, sleek and stylish but not much more so than the CL seats. The stitching is similar in both cars.

The gear stick is IMO one of the best looking in the industry. It's stylish metallic with leather coated grip part. On the top there is this white "B" on a black background. Very nice if you ask me.






These cars are loaded with features that you won't find in less expensive cars. They are so complicated machines that listing all the "gadgets & goodies" is almost pointless. We are in any case talking about hundreds of them. I also doubt many GT Speed models are bought with only the standard features. Therefore a difference of 15 or 20 less standard accessories isn't very significant.

Most of those features that I listed arn`t even available on the Bently. You couldn`t even get them if you wanted to.

I stated it before, your more or less paying for the romance of the Bently CGT.

When I list standard features in a car of this class I`m talking about "lot value" The CL65 is packed!!!

I have to diff about the int part,i saw both in real,and the quality and excution of the CL65 is astonishing ,the CGT has a nice int for a phaeton coupe
