GT2 for me of course. But Scuderia is pretty damn good, too.

Re: Autobild: Ferrari F430 Scuderia and Porsche 997 GT2

I love the Porsche 911. But honestly, red zone @ 6500 is not my thing... It does not look like it should...It does not sound like it should (from what I've heard).

Much prefer the GT3. Real hard-core.

So, I voted for the Ferrari. As much as I don't find the F430 that pretty, or that fabulous, the Scuderia seems much better. The noise is insane compared to the Porsche... Again a GT3 is much better than a GT2 imo.

The drawback of the Scuderia is the gearbox...I prefer a manual.

But Scuderia here, easily. A GT3 would for me be the choice, but here it would be underpowered and underpriced, so...

It almost went to the Ferrari - again! But, for whatever irrational reason, I went with the GT2. But it was like eeny-meeny-miny-mo...

For sheer drama and an out of body spiritual experience, I suspect the Ferrari will be the one to have. I also suspect it'll be the better track-car, despite the GT2's amazing results on a circuit thus far...

Fact is, I don`t think your wrong! not only is the Ferrari lighter, it also revs a heck of a lot higher! I bet when you nail it, it just screams with passion for more. It might have more bite in the turns as well.

My vote goes to the Ferrari.
