If I could afford both I would get both. If I could afford only one I'd get the M5 because I have a wife and 2 kids. But alas I can't afford either.

I really liked Matt's points. I concur, M5 for me please.

As a fast GT coupé, the M6, whilst an impeccable performer isn't really that unique or extraordinary. The M5 on the other hand, well, as a supercar disguised in a big saloon body it's just plain exceptional.

And I can put my daughter in the back and go on holiday with it. Awesome.
