Re: Performance Car of the year 2005 - your choice?

I voted for the BMW M5. Second up would be the Bugatti, but it is quite excessive.

For me, it's obvious: the 997 series Porsche 911. Dang. I love that car.

Veyron, hands down.

Re: Performance Car of the year 2005 - your choice?

I voted for Porsche 997. That car is the best looking 911 ever and is a major design improvement compared with the 996. The car is actually a big reason for why I have become a Porsche fan Has it made a big impact on me? Hell Yeah!!!!

Re: Performance Car of the year 2005 - your choice?

I voted for CLS 55 because it's very comfy and stylish , almost fast as an M5 and - that's a main aspect - very good tuneable ( up to 730 HP from Brabus, however 550-580 PS would be enough for me )

Re: Performance Car of the year 2005 - your choice?

Audi RS4 - great AWD, nothing else, boring like all Audis.
BMW M5 - great sedan with tons of sex appeal and tradition, too high revving for me.
Mercedes CLS 55 - same old 55...
Pagani Zonda F - insanely ugly. I would be embarrassed driving around in that.
Ferrari F 430 - overpriced and poor quality
Porsche 997 - I like that they have removed the egg lights and returned to the old look, still fresh looking. Sporty and very high-quality also! My vote goes for Porsche.
Chevrolet Corvette Z06 - poor quality, still nice and traditional. I don't like the head lights.
Bugatti Veyron - overhyped piece of shit
Ford GT - overhyped piece of shit
Aston Martin V8 Vantage - piece of shit

You seem to have alot of anger in you . Do you hate all cars? But I do like you comment about the AMV8. Am made the car with a purpose of leeching sales from the 911 but the car turned out to be a huge dissapointment. The car is definetly not a bad one but it's dissapointing that it didn't beat the 911 or give it a tough much neither has it sweept the fllor with the competitors. Therefor it seems like a pointless car.
