Gears of War?

I've heard that this is one of the best combat games ever, anyone tried it out? Thoughts?

I bought it last week but i was playing Call of Duty 3 (finished it two days ago) so i have only played it for 1 hour or so.

Amazing game, fantastic graphics. If you have a 360, it's a must have!!!!

I have Gears of War and I'm about 40% through the single player campaign and all I can say about it is that is fantastic. If you have a HDTV it is a fantastic looking video game. I also have a very nice home theater sound system and it sounds really good on it. Teamxbox.com called it the best looking video game ever.

I was going to try it out but i couldn't play for longer than 1min with the demo controller setting so I left it alone. Either how my brother have tried it out properly and has been told me that the game is awsome. Is is mor entertaining and thrilling than Halo?

Completed in last week, awesome game, split screen co-op mode simply brilliant and fun....... a must 4 xbox....
