Re: C63 AMG vs E92 M3 (AutoCar)

Chris Harris Actually gives the nod to the M3.

He says both are brilliant cars.

The C63 is faster and has better steering

The m3 has the Lighter front end so he prefers the final balance

He says that unless the M3 driver is superb at heel and toeing he wouldnt see which way the c63 went.

Of cousre i am paraphrasing but IMO the C63 is the one for me thats why ive ordered one it arrive in march/april2008 and i cant wait.

Very plausible. When I drove a C200k a few months ago I was incredibly surprised and impressed by how quick and responsive the steering was. The C63 most likely takes it to a higher level. Can't wait for the test.

Re: C63 AMG vs E92 M3 (AutoCar)

The E92 M3 will probably win most of the comparisons against the C63 because of the coupe shape, weight and lower center of gravity. The E90 M3 will have a tougher time beating the Benz.

Yes, and he is probably on BMW's payroll. Anyone in there "right" mind who see who the clear winner is between the two.

And that the large hump in the hood really puts the M3 down.

So glad Benz created such a killer C-class even though the S-class is my pick.

Good job Benz....you get the crown in my opinion and so many others as well.

Oh come on HoH, that comment sounds so biased it's not even funny.

Chris Harris is a great journalist.
