The reality of the situation is however, the latest Mercs are technically superior, more luxurious, and safer than the cars of the past - the difference is, in their day, Mercedes were so clearly superior to just about everything else - today, there are other vehicles that can match Mercedes. There are definitely some quality issues, but overall, I still think Mercedes are producing beautiful cars.

Ok that is better...lol. Though I still don't see any one car matching Mercedes in all areas, but some from a few companies in particular are very close.
