Re: 1er pic thread

I think the Subject matter is awsome, jack. You should drive it and then tell me if it looks like a P.T.

OT: tomorro I am going to write a review on my drive with the M5 comparing it to my very limited experience of other cars. (993 turbo, e90 330, Cooper S, CLK 500, and C230) Look forward to writing it!

lol, I don't think we even get a Camaro down here. Anyway...im not such a fan of American cars. I'de much prefer a BMW.

I dunno if I like the 3-door as much. Also it doesnt seem as practical. OK I know the rear seat of the one is tiny in the first place, but at least with four doors the passengers can jump out and stretch their legs as quickly as possible. I guess it would very much depend on how the 3 door ended up looking, and obviously price will be a big factor.

I don't agree with this.
BMW is still first and foremost about "ultimate driving machine"/"sheer driving pleasure" no matter what shape and form their cars have/take.

Also about the Camaro, sadly I doubt it will make it in Europe. Even if it does, let's see VAT + import tax + engine capacity-HP tax + probably luxury car tax.
The way I see it, to make some inroads in Europe it would need to be manufactured at the Saab plant in Sweden or Opel in Germany, and have something like BMWs wicked 3 litre turbo diesel used on 535 d.

Nice looking Matt...I would consider it as a 2nd support vehicle over most small cars I have seen. I did have a '98 Z3 with all the goodies and I really loved it...so I am not totally a MB fan

Re: BMW 1er picture thread

That silver car looks awesome, although I prefer the new M bodykit!

Do you guys know if there is going to be a 125i to plug the gap between the 120i and 130i. There is over 100bhp difference between the two models!
