First test: Audi S6.

The super strong S models are the avant garde of each AUDI series. Above all the circumstances the fact that they pack much strength and driving dynamics inconspicuously, but not enormously, pleases the fans. The comfort and luxury equipment is a further characteristic of the sport Audis. Recent example is the new S6, which is to come as sedan and Avant at the same time with its larger brother S8 in June 2006 on the market. We already drove the strong super AUDI of 435 HP in sedan version.

Re: First test: Audi S6.

Wow... the car actually looks appealing to me. Not dissin' Audi or anything... just the regular A6 does not appeal to me much. The enhancements to the grille and the change in the shape of the mouth (ie: the intakes) are a welcomed change from the regular A6.
The shape and expression of the front lights is still the one things that bugs me the most about the A6. To me, it gives off a dull expression, mainly due to the fact that the light shape widens towards the inside of the light (ie: the side of the light closer to the grille). Compare to the aggressive light shape of the 5er and the stylish/pretty look of the E-class lights and you can see how the A6 has a rather dull lookin light shape.
Love the wheels of the S6..and the solid shape of the A6 only adds to the S6's appeal.

Well done Audi for turning out a pretty good looking car.

BeeMer Boi, I know exactly what you're saying and I agree with you. Those headlights have been bugging me some while. In the course of differentiating the A6 from the A4/A8 front, they changed the lights - and though they have many ways to do so - they chose a particularly dopy form.

Yeh, I guess Audi ran out of ideas on how to differentiate their lights from the A4 and A8.
The overall size of the A6, it's profile, even it's rear is appealing to me, but the front of the car does indeed look droopy as you said Mirage77.

Maybe a facelift of the A6 sometime down the track will give it a better expression.
