Yannis: I dunno about europe but I asked the dealer here in UAE and he said the price is about 40K euro .. plus or minus 5K depending on the specs

How did BMW come into this conversation? That was not needed imo.

I think this is probably one of them most total package offered by any hatchback. That is such a great looking bumper. I think this car has plenty of HP for its size.

I'm surpried at the positive reaction to the exterior of this car.

The only thing different from it and an S-line are the lower bumpers, everything else is the same. So cover up the bottom 12" of the car and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between it and an S-line.

I think you're all getting suckered in by Audi touched up marketting photos. The very first spy pics of the S3 back in Feb, the car in those is IDENTICAL to the final car except for painted bumpers, the same goes for the red/yellow spy pics found on World Car Fans and no one liked those.

It's one of the laziest designs Audi has done. Even the interior is lazy, it looks nice sure, but it again is alsmost identical to that of my S-Line, except it has white stiching and S3 logos, what else?

Where's the flared arches? wheres the dual exhausts? where's the 19" wheels? If someone pulled up behind you and you didn't have an S3 badge on NO-ONE would be able to tell you were driving an S3.

S-line models have different bumpers, S cars should have a bit more :-/
