I love really beautiful pens and these would be some of the finest available in the world. These are all limited Editions.
Each one is a small piece of fantasy ....some are extravagant and outrageous.

(Above Left) "St George" by
Omas depicts St. George killing the dragon. The scene of the injuring of the dragon decorates the barrel, enamel on silver. The sword-shaped clip is symbolic and also recalls, however, a medieval sword, embellished with a ruby.
(Above Right) ""Invisibilis" by
Omas. This beautiful pen is made of sterling Silver with engraving filled with blue enamel.
"Krug by Omas" is a fountain pen using wood from the small oak wood barrels in which Krug prepares his fine wine.

"Hanakui Oshidori" (Mandarin Ducks) by
Conway Stewart.
Conway Stewart is working with many highly praised and recognized Maki-e artists for its 2006 collection.
Hanakui Oshidori is the third pen in the spring collection crafted by the renowned artisan, Mr. Koichiro Okazaki.
Mr. Koichiro Okazaki's work name is Kogaku-san. His work is painted freehand without any outline of design or silk screen process. While 90% of currently produced Maki-e artwork utilizes man-made Urushi lacquer, Kogaku san uses only 100% natural Urushi lacquer, collected by hand from Urushi trees.
This is truly a piece of fine art.

Soka Monyo, Floral Design by Conway Stewart. Each piece carries Kogaku-san's signature, and the coveted Red Seal signature signifying the highest level of Maki-e art.
