7er Colour Question

Today I was downtown in my hometown and spotted a pre FL 7er (Estimated 2003 model)

I have no photos but It had a very interesting colour, It appeared to be a very dark red but comes off almost brown. Would any of you BMW fanatics happen to know what the colour I'm talking about and possibly it's name?

Perhaps this red?There are some individual colors,probably what you saw.

No I don't think it was, It had a different hue to it. Must have been individual, thanks for the answer

Chiaretto Red replaced by Barbera Red in the facelift 2005 model.
