I also really miss the phaeton! It's a great car...

...so in this battle, I would go for the Bentley Flying Spur, followed by:

2. Jaguar XJ (the pre-facelifted one!!)
3. Mercedes S-Class
4. BMW 7 series
5. Audi A8
