I've been to Detroit a many of time as some of you know, its only 4 hours away from me so I can attest to who dismal the actual city of Detroit is. All these cheap houses are going to be a boon to someone who can buy them and fix them up and rent them out on the cheap until (if) the auto and other related industries recover.
