There are a few accidents in US cause by spinner wheels but really they are caued by idiots. People blame the wheels for the accidents because drivers of other cars cannot judge how fast the car with spinner wheels are travelling. Some drivers on the road didn't realise the cars with spinner wheels are stationary and crash into them.
