How many parrots can you fit in an Audi?

How many parrots can you fit in an Audi?

How many parrots can you fit in an Audi? Well, one man has proved that you can squeeze in at least 500.

A man from Kazakhstan was stopped by border police as he tried to re-enter his country following a trip to neighbouring Uzbekistan.

However, he failed to make it through border control when officers noticed that he had live animals onboard.

Upon closer inspection, it became clear that the unnamed man was trying to bring highly valuable parrots into the country.

The officers' anger soon turned to surprise when they realised that the man was carrying not one or two, but 500 live parrots.

"Border guards discovered a live cargo of 500 parrots in his car," a KNB security official told Kazakhstan Today.

It remains unclear exactly how the man managed to fit so many parrots in his car but he now faces charges.

Trade in wild parrots is banned around the world.
