Or do like Donald Trump did, break down the amount she will get by time she spends with you...

1-5 yrs. 10%
6-10 yrs. 20%
11-15 yrs 30%...

In that nature! Its a fair break too me! Otherwise she will get half regardless of time, i rather give up ten percent of the Zonda!
