Yes, the old SC (Toyota Soarer in Japan I believe) was a much cooler design. Everytime I see an SC430, which isn't often, I always get the feeling that it was
rushed into production.
It's like the folks at Lexus hurried it up so they could have "something to compete against the SL". Hopefully the next generation will look better. Lexus has already demonstrated that they can design nice cars (new GS and LS, not crazy about the IS).
